Administrative Policies

  1. All data provided by the user must be true and will be taken as such.

  3. All documents delivered within a file must be ordered as follows:

    • Original and copies of documents; They must be grouped by the type in question
    • A copy of all documents for our files.
  4. The form must be completed by machine / computer signed by the authorized person.
  5. We are not responsible for documents not removed within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery, they will be removed from our archives.
  6. In case of not depositing in the next 3 months the file that was returned, you must request the service as if it were for the first time and pay it as such.
  7. No documents will be received if the domicile of the company is not in La Altagracia
  8. Once a file with a normal priority is deposited, it cannot be changed to express.
  9. Documents are not substituted, in the cases that the client has made errors in the same, they must amend their error by means of extraordinary assembly.
